By creating an account or using ResumeRadar ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ResumeRadar is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered resume screening, candidate ranking, interview kit generation, hiring report generation, and recruiter analytics for HR teams.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay on a monthly or yearly cycle, in INR for customers in India and USD for international customers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
All plans include a 1-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from Billing settings; upgrades apply immediately, downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect, upload, and process any candidate's personal data through the Service, and for complying with employment and data protection laws applicable to your hiring process.
Match scores, rankings, interview questions, and hiring reports are generated by AI to assist your hiring process — they are advisory only and must not be used as the sole basis for any hiring decision. You remain responsible for complying with equal-opportunity and anti-discrimination laws in your final hiring decisions. ResumeRadar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output.
ResumeRadar and its underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of the data you upload. We do not claim ownership over your candidate data or job descriptions.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including hiring decisions made using its output.
You agree to indemnify ResumeRadar against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, including claims related to candidate data you uploaded without a lawful basis.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
