All subscription payments to ResumeRadar are strictly non-refundable — including the first billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds of any kind for any reason, regardless of usage.
We encourage you to create a free account and explore the platform before subscribing. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including the first billing cycle. Please review the plan features carefully before completing your purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period — you retain full access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us within 30 days and we will correct the error. This is not an exception to the no-refund policy above — it only covers genuine processing mistakes, not a change of mind.
Charges are processed by Razorpay and will appear on your statement under Razorpay or ResumeRadar, depending on your bank. If you don't recognise a charge, check your Billing History in the dashboard before disputing it with your bank.
