Refund Policy

1. All payments are non-refundable

All subscription payments to ResumeRadar are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, regardless of how much of the plan's features or screening limit you used.

2. Your free trial protects you

Every plan, including Enterprise, includes a 1-day full-access free trial before any charge is made. We encourage you to use this period to confirm the Service fits your needs before your first payment.

3. Cancelling future renewals

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period — you retain full access to the Service until the end of the period you've already paid for.

4. Billing errors

If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us within 30 days and we will correct the error. This is not an exception to the no-refund policy above — it only covers genuine processing mistakes, not a change of mind.

5. How charges appear

Charges are processed by Razorpay and will appear on your statement under Razorpay or ResumeRadar, depending on your bank. If you don't recognize a charge, check your Billing History in the dashboard before disputing it with your bank.
